1) SUBJECT

• These general contract conditions govern the relationship between TREND STUDIO and the user regarding the use of the equipped spaces made available to the user for the reserved period and apply to all bookings of equipped spaces.

2) EFFECTIVENESS OF THE BOOKING

• The reservation becomes valid and binding from the moment in which the relative contract is signed and the sum agreed upon by estimate is paid; the customer is required to pay the amount foreseen even if he does not use the reserved equipped space.

• If the reservation has been made less than 10 days from the date of the rental, it is necessary to cancel a maximum of 5 working days before the date of the rental.

• By signing the reservation, the user declares that the equipped space booked meets their expectations.

• RENTAL OPTION, it is possible to option a date for the rental by paying the sum of 30% for the hours chosen, the sum will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

3) DURATION AND METHOD OF USE

• The duration of use is the time that elapses from the time in which the reservation is fixed until the expiry of the time of use established at the time of the reservation itself. Any delay in the redelivery of the space used by the user will result in the application of an equal rate for each hour of delay;

• The premises may be used exclusively for photographic and / or cinematographic shooting and / or events of an exclusively private nature.

• It is strictly forbidden to use the spaces for purposes other than those for which they were intended and, in any case, to carry out illegal activities of any kind or nature, including photographic or cinematographic reproductions in contrast with the criminal law in force. at the time the activity is carried out.

• The introduction into the premises, as well as the use, of goods or instruments whose possession by the private citizen is prohibited by law, as well as alcoholic or psychotropic substances, is also forbidden.

• The user must comply with all the fire safety regulations, sanitary regulations, environmental protection regulations, the operating rules of the buildings, the engineering equipment, the rules of public order.

• Any equipment made available to the user must be used in compliance with safety rules and according to the rules of photographic art, in order to avoid any damage to things and / or people.

• The equipment and accessory equipment accompanying the rooms used by the user or any additional equipment supplied by the company are granted to the user himself on loan for use and must be returned in the same condition in which they were given. The user can also bring and use his own equipment for which he fully assumes all responsibility for compliance with safety and use standards.

• OPENING HOURS. The studio is open every day from 9.00  at 6 pm by reservation. Hours after 6.00 pm until 9.00 pm are considered extra (the costs of the extra spaces at the booking time are: Technical room 30 euros per hour, Trend room 50 euros per hour).

In case of failure of the equipment supplied by the Studio, which are attributable to inexperience, tampering, negligence and / or carelessness in the use of the same by the user, the Studio will provide for the replacement or repair against an appropriate fee charged to the customer.

• The introduction in the equipped spaces of extra materials, among which are indicated merely by way of example feathers, sand, flour etc. necessary to create particular settings can be introduced by the user, and at his own expense, only with the prior consent of the Studio but must be removed by the user himself before the expiry of the time in which he has the space available so that at the at the end of the reservation, the same is returned clean and free from people and / or personal belongings of the user. Otherwise, the corresponding cost of cleaning the rented space and the common areas where the extra materials were present will be charged.

• The Firm declines all responsibility for objects allegedly forgotten in the occupied equipped spaces that are no longer found.
  
   

• Before delivering the reserved equipped space to the user, a company representative will carry out, in the presence of the same user, a complete inspection of the environment, systems, equipment, appliances and accessories installed, noting any damage and / or malfunctions on the appropriate form. . A similar inspection is carried out at the end of the use of the equipped space and in the event of damage to the structures, decorations, furnishings, furnishings and accessories as well as faults in systems, equipment, equipment and their accessories, the customer is required to reimburse the cost of repairs. or replacement

4) METHODS AND TERMS OF PAYMENT

• Payment upon booking confirmation must be made by bank transfer by paying the full amount, 3 days before the rental date by sending the relevant payment receipt via email, in the name of the firm's contact person:

• The amount will not be refunded if the cancellation occurs the same day or before the rental or does not respect the 5 working days as indicated in point 2 (SEE the effectiveness of the reservation)

5) SPECIFIC CONDITIONS AND RIGHTS

 

• Only in the event that all the rules and methods prescribed in point 4 are respected, TREND STUDIO recognizes the user the right to use and transmit to the public through any and all means of dissemination and communication, on the territory national and international, without limits of time and place, the service containing images of the rented space and everything inside and / or externally contained therein, including paintings and / or objects, statues, covered by copyright, unless have not been expressly excluded in art. 5 of the SPECIFIC CONDITIONS AND RIGHTS.

6) SECURITY VIDEO SURVEILLANCE

 

• For security reasons, in order to prevent accidents and / or the exercise of illegal activities or activities not permitted by the company, each common area is equipped with video surveillance cameras, the shots of which are treated in compliance with the provisions set for the protection of privacy. The user is made aware of the presence of video surveillance cameras, their location and the shooting angle of the same.
  The company declares that it has equipped the internal and perimeter area with a video surveillance and alarm system connected to the security service during closing hours. The footage of the surveillance cameras will be kept for the period of time allowed by the applicable laws in force.

• 7) CONSIDERATION AND DEPOSIT
  The fee for the use of the equipped spaces is established on the basis of the rates established by TREND STUDIO of which the user is made aware at the time of booking.
  
   

8) LIABILITY

 

• The placement, installation and / or safety of goods, systems and equipment and their accessories introduced into the space, by the user, are the sole responsibility of the user, who exempts TREND Studio from any responsibility for damages of any nature that they may cause to third parties for any cause and / or reason. Similarly, TREND Studio is expressly exempt from any liability for damage that the goods, systems, equipment and their accessories used by the user should suffer during the use of the space for reasons and causes not attributable to TREND Studio.
  
   

• TREND Studio declines all responsibility and in any case the user declares to indemnify and hold harmless the Studio for damage caused to third parties by the use of the goods, tools, machinery, appliances and equipment used by the user that are attributable to him.
  The user is also responsible for any damage caused to the structures, decorations, furnishings, furnishings, plants, equipment, machinery, equipment and their accessories made available to TREND Studio.

9) PROHIBITION OF COMMERCE ACTIVITIES

• Within the area, any commercial activity is excluded, therefore the user expressly declares that he has been informed that any bargaining within it is prohibited.

10) TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT

 

• Any non-fulfillment of the clauses contained in these general conditions of contract as well as any violation of the requirements for the use of the equipped spaces as established in the same clauses, will result in the immediate termination of the same and the user at the request of the company must immediately free space from people or things equipped busy

• In the event of termination of the contract, TREND Studio will retain the sums received at the time of booking, except for the right to be compensated for greater damage.
  
   

11) I NFORMATION ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND CONSENT TO THE TREATMENT OF THE SAME (D. LGS. 196/2003)
with reference to Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196, laying down provisions on the protection of personal data that personal data, voluntarily provided by the user, will be treated as follows.

METHOD OF DATA PROCESSING

 

• The Data will be collected and processed for the purposes listed in the previous point n. 1) either manually or with the aid of electronic or automated means, and include - in compliance with the limits and conditions set by art. 11 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 - all the operations, or set of operations, provided for by the same decree with the term "treatment".
  The Data are kept and controlled in compliance with the confidentiality and security measures provided for by the same decree in art. 31 and ss.

• RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY AND METHOD OF EXERCISE

•   Covid-19 regulations

• Anyone who does not respect these rules will not be admitted to the study.

• Access to the Trend Studio, as per DL, is allowed only if you are in possession of a valid GREEN PASS (vaccine or swab) following the verification of a staff member.

• A member of our staff will measure the body temperature with a non-contact digital thermometer, in case of temperature above 37.5 degrees, it will not be possible to access the spaces.

• It is FORBIDDEN to reach the Trend Studio with flu symptoms, even with simple seasonal colds, and / or with fever even at 37.5 degrees.

• IT IS NOT POSSIBLE to stay in the studio with a number of people exceeding the limit allowed for the room in use.

• In the event that the model is a minor, it may be accompanied by only one parent, with a valid identity document.

• AND'  IT IS FORBIDDEN to arrive at the Trend Studio in advance of the time booked for the room. In case of early arrival you will have to  wait for your booking time, outside the studio.
